We all heard of pumpkin carving, but that can get messy and dangerous real quick. Instead, pumpkin painting will do the trick (or treat)! Grab those pumpkins you got earlier and get to painting. You can add some glitter, googly eyes or even candy to make your pumpkins stand out above the rest.
Fall weather is perfect for camping. Not too cold and not too hot. Set up some tents and spend a nice night outdoors with your children. You don’t even have to go to a campsite, your backyard works just as fine! And don’t forget to bring supplies for s'mores, because let’s be real -- we really only camp for the s’mores.
This is probably the most obvious thing, but we had to include it because it’s a classic. Trick-or-treating only comes once a year, so better make the most of it! Dress your kids up it the cutest mommy and me costumes and get ready for a night of candy, candy and MORE candy! And maybe even stop by a haunted house or two while you’re at it.
